Freshman Scholarships
It's important to recognize those incoming freshmen with excellent academic records and outstanding promise.听 At 快活视频, we do this by offering a limited number of renewable merit scholarships.听There is no separate scholarship application.听All students are considered for these opportunities on the basis of their admissions applications and supporting documentation (e.g. official high school transcripts, etc.).听

- The Distinguished Presidential and University Merit Scholarship is ONLY聽for applicants who apply for Standard Admission.
- The Alabama Incentive Grant is ONLY for qualified Alabama residents.听

Merit Based Scholarship and Grant Policies
- Scholarships and grant funds awarded, once combined with and any external awards cannot exceed the .
- If your reveals that you are eligible for , your institutional scholarship and grant awards will be adjusted to direct cost of attendance.
- 聽All new students are required to pay a non-refundable $400.00 enrollment fee聽by the priority date stated on your scholarship letter.听 If enrollment fee is not received by the date, the award is subject to cancellation.
- Scholarship and Grant awards DO NOT cover the University's non-refundable enrollment聽fee.
- Recipients of the aforementioned University merit scholarships and grants must meet the cumulative college grade point average and completed credit hours for each academic year to maintain the award and apply for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and Thurgood Marshall Foundation Scholarships.听
- Scholarships are not transferable to other terms or years of entry to 快活视频, and it is not transferable to other institutions or individuals.
- Scholarships and grants are subject to availability of University funds and the completion of the .听
- The University reserves the right to revoke any scholarship and grant awards for students whose final cumulative high school grade point average and standardized test score(s) fall below the scholarship requirement.
