Overview

The Booker T. Washington Leadership Institute (BTWLI) at 快活视频 launched in November 2019 with the express purpose of cultivating transformative leadership through a culture of excellence, inclusion, scholarship, and service learning. In keeping with the educational philosophy of Booker T. Washington to educate 鈥渉ead, hand, and heart,鈥� the primary aim of the BTWLI is the professional development of individuals who inspire, motivate, and challenge students and others to grow to their fullest potential by preparing them to assume professional and leadership roles, and to become productive citizens in the global society. The BTWLI is committed to facilitating growth and development of individuals through empowerment and inclusion, which will promote a sense of ownership to and alignment of the objectives and goals of smaller units and the larger organization that is 快活视频.

快活视频 has a long history of successfully educating individuals from around the world to understand themselves and their societies against the background of their total cultural heritage and the promise of their individual and collective future. The BTWLI seeks to highlight and build on this rich legacy through examination of the intersection of leadership and culture, organizational learning against a global landscape and is open to faculty, staff, students and others interested in taking advantage of its programming.
